Warehouse / Admin Location: Aberdeen
Rate of Pay: £13.55 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Admin to join our team. This is a varied role combining office administration with warehouse operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on working environment and a mix of responsibilities throughout the day.

Working Hours

10:30 AM – 2:30 PM: Office duties
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Unpaid break
3:30 PM – 7:00 PM: Warehouse duties

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Duties

Welcome visitors and manage reception
Respond professionally to emails and telephone enquiries
Complete general administrative tasks
Support the day-to-day running of the office

Warehouse Duties

Stack pallets ready for transport
Process incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare goods for dispatch
Carry out manual handling and other warehouse tasks as required
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment

About YouWe're looking for someone who:

Has good communication and organisational skills
Is confident using email and carrying out basic administrative tasks
Enjoys working as part of a team
Is reliable, punctual, and able to manage a varied workload
Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Previous office or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
