We are looking for an experienced Insight Manager to join us to cover maternity leave. They should be creative, inquisitive, with a passion for research and understand the value it brings to a business.

What’s the job? 

As part of the Data & Insights Team, the Insight Manager is a key position and is responsible for managing the insight programme and supporting the Data & Insight team in the communication of findings to enable ICAS to make better evidence-based decisions.

A key part of the role is to manage, analyse, interpret, and present data to provide actionable insights. The role holder will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to assess business needs, market trends, opportunities and develop insight solutions and ultimately shape strategic decisions and enable future growth.

Alongside this they will work on distinct pieces of work and support the delivery of many research projects which in turn allow ICAS to provide a better customer experience plus help to ensure ICAS are meeting strategic goals.

Who we need?

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within an Insights or Marketing team and a proven background in customer and market research, business intelligence, with a track record of translating data and insights into key recommendations and actions.

Experienced in both qualitive and quantitative research programmes, using different techniques to take research outputs and produce informative insights to present back to senior stakeholders.

As you will deal with multiple stakeholders, independent research companies and marketing agencies, you must be a confident communicator and presenter, experienced in stakeholder management and with the ability to quickly build trusted relationships and an understanding of what their customers need. Microsoft Office, (PowerPoint & Excel in particular), is key to this role.

A consistent track record of managing multiple priorities is essential, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and turn large data sets and complex data into clear insights and business led recommendations.
