We are a successful and well-established steeplejack company looking to recruit a reliable and organised administrative assistant to join our team at our office in Newtongrange.

This is a varied and important role within the business, ideal for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day office responsibilities and help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities May Include

• General office administration and daily office management

• Answering telephone calls and handling email enquiries

• Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records

• Preparing quotations, invoices, and other documentation

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries

• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and site teams

• Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels

• Assisting management with general administrative duties

• Maintaining a professional and organised office environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Good organisational and communication skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A professional and friendly manner

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Previous office experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
