Graham's the Family Dairy, Scotland's number one chosen brand, are seeking to recruit a permanent an Administration Supervisor. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7; reporting to the Administration Manager based at our Bridge of Allan site.

Key duties include:

Responsible for supervising a team of Customer Service Administrator ensuring standardisation of practice and efficiency of procedures.

Produce accurate reports in a timely manner.

Co-ordinate team activities to ensure processes are followed and company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Develop consistent best practice policies whilst looking for alternative ways to solve problems.

Able and willing to conduct a range of administrative tasks.

Support the Administration Manager with any other tasks/projects as required.

You will be an exceptional communicator with a proven track record of supervisory experience ideally gained within a fast-moving consumer goods environment. In addition to this you will have excellent MS office skills, good people management skills along with excellent planning and organisational skills.
