Divisional Mortgage Services Director - Scotland

An exciting rare and unique opportunity has arisen for a Divisional Mortgage Services Director to join our successful and ambitious Mortgage Services Management team in Scotland. You will bring previous experience of operating at this level to enhance this already successful team and create opportunities for those within it. Reporting to the Countrywide Mortgage Services Managing Director, you will lead and grow an experienced team of Mortgage Services Sales Managers across our Estate Agency branches, to include Slater Hogg and Howison, Countrywide North and Alan and Harris across Scotland.

You will either be in a similar role already or be a highly experienced and successful Mortgage Services Sales Manager looking for your next opportunity. Accountable for leading a team of 6 Mortgage Services Sales Managers and 50 Mortgage and Protection Advisors, you will have a dynamic and inspirational approach and proven experience in managing others to be the best they can be, exercising your judgement appropriately whilst creating accountability and inspiring change. Critically, you will be able to evidence working closely in partnership with the Estate Agency Managing Directors and will understand that how you work in collaboration with others is essential to your success in the role and of the team.
