Property Manager – Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our company for a Property Manager to look after a portfolio of properties. We are looking for a pro -active, enthusiastic person to take on this role based in our Edinburgh office.

Responsibilities and Duties – varied but will include: -

· Carry out viewings and property inspections

· Drawing up tenancy agreements and other tenancy related documentation

· Keeping tenants/landlords fully informed

· Liaise with utility companies and local authorities

· Dealing with any other ad-hoc duties as required

· Keeping up to date with current compliance legislations and ensuring full compliance is being met as per The Letting Agents Code of Practice

· Managing your diary efficiently

Requirements you will need: -

· Experience in dealing with property management essential

· Knowledge of current legislations essential

· Excellent customer service, administration and organisation skills

· Able to prioritise under pressure

· Experience of using a property management software i.e. SME, preferable but not essential

· Full Clean UK Driving Licence

· Professional and presentable

· Must have Foundation Lettings Course Scotland qualification (safeagent) or other industry equivalent, or working towards one

Other Information: -

This position is full-time, and hours of work will be Monday- Friday 9am – 5pm

Salary – Dependant on experience
