Temporary Housing Officer

6-8 Week Contract

An experienced housing professional is required for a short-term assignment to provide cover within a busy housing management team.

Info:

Temporary contract (approximately 6-8 weeks)
Full-time, 35 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Office-based role with regular site and estate visits
Central Scotland location

Key Requirements

Strong background in tenancy management within a social housing or housing management environment
Proven experience managing rent arrears and supporting income recovery activities
Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively with tenants and partner agencies
Full, clean UK driving licence is essential, as the role requires regular travel and visits to properties and estates
Ability to work independently and become operational quickly within an established team
