Young peoples' needs lie at the heart of everything we do. Harmeny’s therapeutic approach means that young people are better able to understand and heal from their trauma. We believe that giving them a space to grow and develop means they can flourish and fulfil their potential.

Harmeny’s school and residential cottages are all based on one beautiful campus, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. We provide high quality care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We also provide an education programme that is stimulating, creative and tailored to meet the needs of our children and young people. 

Our team is comprised of dedicated and passionate people, working towards a common goal of making Harmeny a place to live and a space to thrive. We ensure every new member of the team gets a comprehensive induction package and access to a range of learning and development opportunities throughout their career with us. We fully fund qualifications for staff who need them for their role, such as SVQs and HNCs.
