10181 - Technology Support Assistant

The post-holder will provide a broad range of technology support to the School in liaison with the Learning and Information Technology Manager to ensure smooth operation of learning and information technology systems and delivery of a wide range of support services.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week)., Experience providing maintenance of hardware including desktop PCs, Mac and Windows laptops and supporting end users with IT troubleshooting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to a variety of users.
Ability to quickly learn how to use new tools effectively and to liaise with technology support staff in troubleshooting and resolving issues
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload and respond to priority tasks
