Dedridge Medical Group is looking for an enthusiastic and caring doctor to join our friendly, supportive, and sociable practice as a salaried GP or Salaried GP with a view to Partnership. We would happily consider a range of sessions for a suitable candidate and offer good support for anyone venturing into partnership for the first time.

Dedridge Medical Group has a committed dynamic team comprising five GP Partners and three salaried GPs working alongside a highly skilled nursing team including three ANPs and a friendly and helpful administrative staff. Additionally, we benefit from inhouse Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners, Community and Pharmacy Technicians, a Practice Mental Health Nurse, and a Community Link Worker.  Together we provide a full range of high-quality primary care services for a mixed demographic population of 10,600 patients.  We pride ourselves in being mutually supportive incorporating a daily clinician catch up at morning coffee. We also recognise the importance of ensuring a good work/life balance and 15 minute appointments in conjunction with protected admin time allow us to maintain provision of high-quality patient care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a GP at any stage in their career and the practice will provide many opportunities for ongoing professional development. There are also opportunities to get involved with teaching ST1/ST3 Registrars and medical students.  The start date is negotiable.  We offer a good income with generous annual and study leave entitlement.

The practice is based in Livingston, West Lothian, close to the local District General Hospital and conveniently located in the Central Belt of Scotland. The town is within a short commute from the beautiful city of Edinburgh, where most of our doctors live, providing excellent schools and all the amenities of the Festival city.
