Full Job Description

This role will sit within the newly formed 3i's (Integrated Intelligence and Investigation) team of ECP which has the responsibility to investigate suspicious activity reports to determine whether disclosure to NCA (National Crime Agency) is necessary, complete customer relationship reviews, and to deliver high-quality intelligence and data led risk management to reduce harm to our communities.

Colleagues will be expected to work in line with the groups hybrid working policy of 40% at one of the posting locations.Job DescriptionAbout this opportunity:To provide assurance that 3i's are completing SAR investigations and customer relationship decisions in compliance with procedures, LBG policy and AML regulations. To provide assurance to stakeholders that work is completed to a high standard, through the issuing of weekly and monthly MI. To continuously review the QA error matrix in line with current appetite and risks. To identify trends in quality errors via a range of root cause analysis focusing on greater areas of risk when required. To actively participate in a range of QA calls with stakeholders. To be proactive in own development within the team such as upskilling on to different processes. To provide support and coaching to individuals with quality concerns, to support with colleague performance. To support the procedure and performance team with adhoc tasks such as dip
sampling. Identify as a subject matter expert on procedures within the department. To conduct a range of best practice sampling and provide constructive feedback to colleagues. To proactively seek opportunities to further develop self and wider team. To ensure error/remedial actions has been completed to minimise the risk to the bank and for completion of data. Passionately drive culture forward via continuous improvement and colleague engagement. To identify and escalate any data risks or breaches. To support peers, new to the role.
