An 'Account Manager' is a crucial role in Account Management, operating as the key bridge between our clients and the creative department. They ensure that the agency is meeting the client's needs, solving strategic problems, and keeping projects on track.

The opportunity:

Yes, it's a cliché, but no two days are the same for our Account Managers and it's guaranteed to present you with an exciting learning curve, sharpening your management, team working and communication skills. You'll have the opportunity to work on a vast range of client accounts from national government campaigns to exciting private sector clients including tourism, energy and food.

Your role:

  • Leading client accounts within the agency, managing budgets, ensuring they are profitable and growing.

  • Applying strategic thinking and insight to all projects, driving them forward and addressing challenges where appropriate.

  • Taking responsibility for the client-agency relationship, developing and maintaining senior client relationships.

  • Seeking to build a good working rapport between the account management creative and development teams throughout the agency.

  • Regularly involved in new business, tenders and pitches, approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset.

  • Managing client briefings and presentations.

  • Managing projects on-time and on-budget.

  • Responding to client requests.

  • Financial management - estimating, quoting, and invoicing.

  • Time management - creation of timing plans to meet client deadlines.

  • Providing support to the team - you will report to a Senior Account Manager/Account Director.
