Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Account Manager to join a world-leading producer of complex forgings and high-performance nickel-based alloys and superalloys for aerospace, power generation and general industrial applications..
We are currently seeking an energetic and ambitious Customer Account Manager to join our organisation at our plant in Livingston as our business grows.

The main functions of the Customer Account Manager will include the below -

- Managing portfolio of clients
- Enquiries/Quotes
- Customer Relationships
- Accounts Receivables
- Budget/Forecasting
- Contract Compliance and Contract Reviews
- Pricing and Material Reconciliation
- New jobs
- Dealing with client visits on site
- Projects/Marketing

Skills and experience required:

- Strong Account Management experience
- Strong relationship building skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Highly accurate with an excellent attention to detail
- Outgoing and bubbly personality
- Pro-Active mindset
- Excellent organisational skills and Multi-tasking skills
- Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability of working in a fast paced environment
