Full Job Description

A fast growing and unique business requires a proactive and attentive Accounts Administrator for their office at Queenslie, on a full-time basis. 


The Company

With 30 years experience, this business is a market leader offering a unique service to clients at the highest standard. 


The Role

This company is looking to hire an Accounts Administrator to ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.


Responsibilities

  • Purchase Orders.
  • Receiving delivery notes and matching with Supplier Invoices and Purchase Orders. 
  • Liaising with Suppliers / Sub-contractors / external Authorities.
  • Negotiating prices / terms with Suppliers.
  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
  • Complete specific Monthly Reports.
  • Update the Company’s Purchasing Database/Supplier Information.
  • Sub-Contractor Profiles and updated information.
  • Liaison with Suppliers and external authorities, and the preparation of responses to them. Any other duties as may be required.

On Offer

This role offers a £26,000 starting salary. As well as this, on offer is study support, plenty of holidays, pension, and healthcare.
