Full Job Description

  • Assisting in the financial month end and budget processes as well as assisting with the development of new systems and processes

  • Processing sales invoices/credit notes and receipts

  • Preparing debtor reconciliations in line with reporting timetable

  • Preparing bank rec/weekly cash forecast

  • Provide financial analysis of contract performance against budget

  • Assist with the development and implementation of financial systems and processes

    Previous accounts experience and the ability to demonstrate either purchase ledger or sales ledger invoice processing

  • An accountancy qualification would be an advantage, but is not necessary

  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel e.g. pivot tables, vlookups sumif, sumproduct, People are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
