Your new company
Hays are pleased to be working with one of our key clients based within the Fife area to support in their immediate need for a temporary finance professional on a short term contract. This role is being offered on a part time basis to join a reputable organisation currently experiencing an increase in workload due to seasonality.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be positively supporting the wider team in daily invoice processing and matching of purchase order numbers to ensure accurate and efficient processes within their transactional finance tasks. This role will require someone to confidently deal with any internal and external queries regarding invoices and supporting in additional finance tasks when required on a daily and weekly basis.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be available on an immediate or short notice with an interest in securing a part time temporary role to positively support a collaborative and well established team. You will demonstrate a core understanding and application of high volume invoice processing as well as accurate matching of POs.
What you'll get in return
