We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client in Cambuslang. This role is integral to the Credit Office operations, involving cash allocation, new account processing, and banking lodgements. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.

• Inputting cash from bank downloads onto the system.
• Allocating customer payments accurately on the system.
• Contacting customers to obtain allocation details.
• Lodging banking and liaising with branch managers regarding any discrepancies.
• Processing new account applications, running credit reports, and creating and uploading on the system.

• Good attention to detail, especially with payment allocations and lodgement of cash. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and branches.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and deliver under deadline pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel.
