Our client a well established CA Firm seeks to recruit an experienced Senior to join their friendly team based in their Hamilton office.

This role will suit an experienced individual with good client liaison skills and several years UK Practice Firm experience, in a similar role seeking a fresh change and challenge or to work closer to home.

The role:

Year end accounts preparation for a varied range of sole traders, partnerships and ltd companies up to c£2 million turnover using mainly FRS 102 with some 105, and a few charities.
Basic tax returns- personal and corporate
Client bookkeeping
VAT returns
Dealing with client queries
Mentoring/assisting more junior members
Possible scope to assist with a couple of audits if desired
Use of Iris and cloud packages such as Xero & Quickbooks
