Lochead Sandford Recruitment's client, a well established, expanding and progressive CA Firm seeks to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Senior with several years' UK Accountancy Practice Firm experience to join their successful, busy Business Services Accounts Team in Glasgow.
You will either be part qualified and commenced ACCA studies, keen to eventually qualify, or qualified more through your experience, able to demonstrate broad Accounts preparation experience using FRS 102, from another UK quality Accountancy Practice Firm.
The main focus of this role involves all aspects of year end accounts preparation to final review stage for a wide variety of clients- sole traders, partnerships and Ltd companies -audit exempt corporate and unincorporated clients, using a variety of accounts packages such as CCH, Iris and various Cloud packages such as Xero & QBOL.
Managing the accounts process from start to finish, you will have significant client liaison and mentoring of more junior members in the team.
Strong client skills, ability to meet deadlines and effective team working skills essential.
