Full Job Description

We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

An exciting opportunity has presented for a Team Lead within West of Scotland Mobility and Rehabilitation Centre (WestMARC). This role is based at WestMARC, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. The post holder will work closely with the Administration Managers to manage a comprehensive administration service which supports the medical, clinical, technical staff, referrers and stakeholders. The role involves administration co-ordination of multidisciplinary clinics and domiciliary visits for clinical teams and patient groups within the West Of Scotland, coordination of clinical waiting lists ensuring patients are appointed within the Boards waiting time standards. The post holder will also have line management responsibility for the Service Support Officers, supporting personal development, fostering cohesive relationships.

Applicants should be educated to HNC/HND or have equivalent knowledge and experience

The post holder will display excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels both with members of the public, staff and senior management colleagues, demonstrating the ability to influence and support staff through change by showing leadership and guidance
