Full Job Description

Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the quality assurance team ensuring quality, accreditation and compliance standards continue to be met for our employability and skills training programmes. You will also be required to cover reception and undertake general administrative duties at any of our other offices as necessary.

MAIN AIMS

· Maintaining up to date and accurate client journey and training records.

· Assist in the development of quality assurance processes for employability and training programmes.

· Act as a point of contact for providers and clients.

· Ensure that all stakeholders follow established guidelines and policies.

· To comply with all relevant legislation in relation to compliance and data security.

· To maintain data standards, ensuring full compliance with GDPR

· To achieve targets and KPI's.

DUTIES

· To capture and record data related to RTWS employability and training services on bespoke databases.

· Book and administer training provision related to certification and accreditation, in accordance with procedures.

· To assist in the creation of quality processes that meet the needs of our services while adhering to compliance and financial processes.

· To maintain and distribute learning materials.

· To communicate with clients and stakeholders.

· Gather data, file, and submit statistical reports.

· Assist with document control quality processes.

· Support with programme compliance checks.

· To support all staff in entering and accessing data in a form that suits their needs.

· To work closely with other members of the admin and support services team.

· To undertake general admin duties including word processing, photocopying, filing etc;

· To assist with the maintenance of health and safety at the premises (including routine checks as instructed).

· To undertake any other relevant duties as and when required.

Administrative experience

A relevant qualification.

Experience using Microsoft packages and Database systems.

Experience working within a customer focused work environment.

Experience in dealing with a range of stakeholders, maintaining a professional manner at all times.

Target and performance driven to achieve KPI's.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

A positive and creative attitude to problem solving.

Desirable:

A relevant qualification.

Experienced in producing and presenting reports

Knowledge of document control processes

28 days per annum plus 10 public holidays, 8% non-contributory pension, BUPA Cash plan, Flexi-time, Group Life Insurance.
