Full Job Description

The Moredun Group is seeking an Administrator to join our team in the facilities department based within Pentlands Science Park, Midlothian.

You will provide administrative support to the Facilities Support Manager and Facilities Team, Compliance Manager, and the Health & Safety Team. Your role will include maintaining the facilities management software, ensuring accurate and up to date records are maintained, including coordination of servicing of equipment throughout the park. When required, be the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, including monitoring and response to facilities and conferencing emails and inquiries.

You will have:

  • Proven experience working in similar administrative role

  • Experience of manually generating reports

  • Ability to multitask

  • Use of databases (inputting and reports)

  • IT Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook and Excel

  • Diary management

  • Receptionist and customer service experience
