Apprentice / Trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser - Expression of Interest

New to the world of hearing but keen to kick start your career in this sector? Well, our trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) role could be perfect for you. As a trainee HAD, you'll be part of the team giving our customers the very best professional service, helping them improve their hearing and regain the life they want.

The course is fully funded and upon completion you will be a qualified Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser and able to register with the HCPC as a Hearing Aid Dispenser. However, your career does not stop here, there is ongoing training and support, progression opportunities, and the ability to own your very own Specsavers store in the future., If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. These include minimum of grade C/4 or equivalent in English, Maths and Science GCSE, accurate record keeping, attention to detail, excellent listener and communicator, enthusiastic, great team worker and problem solver, agile, empathetic, professional, good time management, and keen to develop.
