Architectural Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our projects, providing technical expertise and leadership throughout the design and construction phases.,

• Lead the technical development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.


• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.


• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.


• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.


• Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on technical matters.


• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and technological advancements.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, or related field.


• 5 years of experience in architectural design and drafting, with a focus on residential/commercial projects.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


• Membership of a relevant professional body is a plus.
