Our Land Agents work closely with various teams and stakeholders to manage a diverse portfolio of agreements, including renewables, telecoms, agricultural, crofting, residential and mineral leases.

We offer one of the most diverse rural estates portfolios in Scotland. You will also be a senior member of a multi-disciplinary team of over 140 staff within the Region dealing with a wide variety of land management roles.

This role is suited to someone with a background in Rural Surveying or Land Agency

What you will do

Area Land Agents are part of our Regional Teams. East Region covers Fife to the Moray Coast. You will report directly to the East Region Manager, working closely with the Regional Leadership Team to meet regional objectives. There may be a need to line manage others. The post-holder will also liaise as required with our national team colleagues.

The diversity of work within this role is stated as being a reason for working for FLS.

The Central Region post will ideally be based in our Huntly or Durris offices although other options

including Dunkeld and Inverness may be possible. Hybrid working is routine within FLS.
