Full Job Description
- Working alongside and supporting the bar manager where required
- Assisting with the development of menus
- Training and enhancing the knowledge of the team
- Monitoring the performance of the team and providing constructive performance feedback when necessary
- Placing orders when required
- Opening and closing the venue
- Ensuring a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the venue
- Leading my example on shift to ensure an excellent experience for all of our guests
The shift pattern may vary weekly with the venue open 6 days a week, Tuesday - Sunday, until 11pm/midnight.
We are looking to recruit one Assistant Bar Manager with management or supervisory experience in a similar cocktail led environment.
Strong knowledge of cocktails is essential to this role. It is also advantageous to have a basic knowledge of wines, spirits and beers. We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
