Assistant Bar Manager

Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner and to a high standard.

-create new menus through the year
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Upsell drinks and promote specials or new menu items
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- teach and lead the team to deliver consistency in our products

At least 4 years experience in bartending or a similar role.
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (such as kegs or cases of alcohol)
- Management skills, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
