We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality and delicious locally sourced simple food & drink to our diners and guests at Melfort Village. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about the industry and eager to contribute to our success.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older and be eligible to work in the UK.

- Basic Cooking Skills: Proficiency in basic culinary techniques and willingness to assist in kitchen operations.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Ability to Take Sole Charge: Confidence to lead during peak hours and make decisions autonomously.

- Interest in Business Development: Enthusiasm for participating in decision-making processes and contributing innovative ideas to drive business growth.

- Rate of Pay: We offer a living wage and provide assistance with fuel expenses for those commuting from out with the Kilmelford area.

- Flexibility: The position offers both full-time and part-time options, with availability required on weekends as necessary.
