We are looking for someone who is passionate about Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly the technical delivery of IAM controls and processes.
This role will work in the CISO Strategic Access Management Team to support and improve TSB's Identity and Access Governance platform to address risks throughout the IAM domain. They will work with best practice in mind, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

How you'll make a difference
This role will support the technical configuration of TSB's Identity and Access Governance Platform. Using their knowledge of IAM, they will help design and implement processes that collect, provision and control access in TSB's business applications. They will also help design and implement controls to govern this access to reduce the risk to the bank, as well as help embed these controls culturally throughout TSB.

A good understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.
- A good understanding of how to address and manage risk through a risk and control framework.
- Experience of defining and operating Information Security controls.
- A good technical understanding of how access is managed at different layers (applications, databases, OS etc).
- Experience managing and configuring an enterprise Identity and Access Governance platform (Sailpoint, RSA, Ping, IDM etc) is preferred.
- Knowledge of AD, RACF, RHEL, Oracle DB and cloud services is preferred.
- Knowledge of NIST standards processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of other Information Security areas, especially Privileged Access Management (PAM) is desired.
- Knowledge of Unix shell scripting, PowerShell or other software development is desired.
- Knowledge of network engineering and configuration is desired.
