Hays is working with a leading Scottish independent construction consultancy to recruit a Senior to Associate Director level Cost Consultant to join their Glasgow office.

Your new role
This role is being registered with a view to succession planning in the company and will set the candidate on track towards Director and potentially up to equity Partner level over time. Given the size of the organisation, you will be able to have a real impact on the work being done and the direction the company takes. There is no glass ceiling in terms of promotion.

The position comes with a totally secure pipeline of work due to the diversity of projects undertaken. You will be working on instructions across a range of sectors that includes student accommodation, private residential projects, luxury hotels, refurbishment of historic buildings, breweries and social housing. They are also looking at schemes to redevelop several iconic Glasgow landmarks.

Their project footprint extends from Scotland across the UK and now includes work in the Emirates and British Overseas Territories. This expansion is set to continue and is a testament to the quality of service and delivery of each project undertaken. They take a personalised and client-focussed approach to every project from inception to completion. Many of the clients who use this organisation have done so for many years due to the consistently excellent results they deliver.
