Full Job Description

The Role

The role will primarily involve in providing effective support to the Group Operations Director, Partners and Management by carrying out various audit functions efficiently and with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with internal / external control procedures, reporting requirements and regulations.


This will take the form of carrying out ‘Quality’ audits on surveyors’ files across each sector, ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures, reporting requirements (both internal/external) by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation.


Documenting audit tests and findings and providing feedback thereof to individuals, Partners and committees to ensure lessons learned and shared and any findings are fed into training plans and PDP’s.


Conduct audits and preparatory work for ISO 9001 Quality and 14001 Environmental Audits to ensure the business is maintaining standards of service delivery.


You’ll provide an overview to the leadership team to ensure that the businesses risk management, governance and control processes are operating effectively. Your work with senior management will also provide evidence to stakeholders that we are managing our business effectively.

  • Experience within a surveying practice would be useful but isn’t essential
