Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of bartenders and servers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant and hospitality industry, with proven leadership skills., Manage and supervise all aspects of the bar operation, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality beverages
- Train and mentor bartenders and servers on proper drink preparation and service techniques
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food and beverage service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols
- Handle customer complaints or disputes with professionalism and resolve them effectively

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bartending techniques, and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Proven ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management,

  • Supervising experience: 3 years (preferred)

  • Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)

  • Bar management: 3 years (preferred)

  • Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)

  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

  • Management: 3 years (preferred)
