Bar Support / Glass Collector

As a Barback, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth operations behind the bar. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service.


• Keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other essential supplies.


• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.


• Providing support to bartenders during busy periods by preparing garnishes, refilling ice, and assisting with drink preparation.


• Monitoring stock and ice levels on the bars, ensuring bartenders have everything they need within an arms reach at all times.


• Upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer needs and inquiries.


• Keeping the floor clear, spill free and glasses collected and washed ready to be put back on the bar.
  
  Ability to work in a high-energy environment and adapt to changing circumstances.


• Team player mentality with a commitment to maintaining a positive work culture.


• Adherence to health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.


• Must be aged minimum 18yrs


• Must be willing to commit to plenty of manual labour at work and work at night times and weekends.
