Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper and Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, providing book-keeping support to the finance director, producing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable. Also managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office., Bookkeeping, Loading and managing accounts payable and document management through XERO
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Generate invoicing for clients and follow up on payments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and XERO with excellent organisational abilities., Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Xero, or QuickBooks
- Strong clerical and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
