1. Organise the preparation and presentation of all breakfast menu items, ensuring a high standard is met.
2. Ensuring the breakfast service is prompt and efficient.
3. Ensuring the correct storage and handling of food whilst ensuring that stock rotation and security procedures are adhered to.
4. Minimise and control the wastage of food.
5. To comply with all Company food hygiene. Health and safety, fire and COSHH regulations.

The ideal person will have at least a year's experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

This grand and elegant 3 star hotel on the Isle of Bute and was originally constructed in 1892 as a hydrotherapy retreat.

Guests staying at the Glenburn Hotel have a great choice of accommodation for their hotel break in Rothesay. Each of the bedrooms are spread over 20 to 30 square metres to ensure a comfortable stay and many of the bedrooms offer stunning and uninterrupted views of Rothesay Bay. Upgrade to a superior room to enjoy additional amenities such as seating area, coffee maker and dvd player.

The bright airy Ettrick Restaurant seats up to 200 whilst the smaller Pattersons Grill is great for the special occasion, looking out over the bay. Pattersons can also be hired for private functions.

Relax with a drink in the welcoming bar or enjoy the hotel's terrace which is the ideal spot to soak up the stunning views across Rothesay and Cowal.

The island is serviced by two ferry crossings, the main one being the Wemyss Bay -Rothesay crossing, which is only an hour from Glasgow city centre. The second is the short crossing from Colintraive on the Cowal Peninsula- Rhubardoch on the island.
