Building Services Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in Glasgow, Scotland where you will be responsible for providing a first response for breakdowns or faults, ensuring priority targets are met for reinstating critical systems and aiming to achieve first fix/right first time to return systems to operation. This role will be based at a client site with the occasion need to travel to other sites as part of an on call rota.

Key requirements
Service and maintenance of all Honeywell and third party Building Services and M&E plant equipmentDay to day liaison with the client in the planning and delivery of onsite servicing, repairs, maintenance and calibration; including diagnosing and repairing faultsDetermine equipment and plant upgrade needs for implementation and inform management in a timely manner, report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvementEnsure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipientsCarry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
