As Bureau Manager you will be part of the wider management team. You will work strategically to embed our values of

The post-holder will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of the local office and the local recruitment, selection, and training of volunteers. They will provide consultancy and support in all areas of advice work, representation, and other related issues to paid Staff and Volunteer Advisers and where necessary deal directly with complex enquiries. Together with Senior Management the post-holder will ensure the organisation's recognised uniform standards in advice work are maintained. Training will be an integral part of the post-holders work therefore s/he will be expected to deliver basic training.

SCQF level 10 Salary £32,256 per annum
35 hours per week but would consider a request for 28 hours per week.

Duration: Funded until 31st December 2026
