Full Job Description

Azimuth is a designer and manufacturer of precision downhole electronics instrumentation for the Oil, Gas and Geothermal market internationally. We are currently recruiting a Business Administration Apprentice to undertake a formal SVQ Apprenticeship and assist with the day to day running of a busy Design, Engineering and Manufacturing business in Kintore.

Role

You will be working in a small administration team handling various aspects of the Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Repair and Accounts systems.

The role may include the development of your skills in the following areas:

  • Sales administration and order fulfillment

  • Material procurement and vendor interaction

  • Stock system control and handling

  • HR Support

  • Accounts and payroll processing

  • Travel, social and entertainment support

  • Repair cycle administration

  • International customs and shipping

    Candidates needn't have experience, you should be well organised, energetic, enthusiastic and be able to take your own initiative on tasks. You will preferably have a strong interest in Business Administration and related processes., Minimum two National 5 qualifications, two of which should preferably be Maths and English.


    • Competent in MS packages - Word, Outlook and Excel
