Salary: £36,000.00 per annum

About the Role:

To develop, produce and maintain management information (MI) to support commercial & management decision making, client KPI monitoring, project delivery and contract mobilisation. Though analysis of data, best practice, and other means, identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs and add value to branch/hub service delivery. Manage contract set up and mobilisation. Production of reports to identify improvements. Cultivate a strong working relationship with clients, service users and local communities, managing client expectation, attending meetings where required, and assisting in business development activities and the preparation of bids.

Role Criteria experience and qualifications:

* Demonstrable good standard of education leading to a high level of literacy and numeracy.
* Experience of business process mapping and re-engineering
* Project Management experience
* Experience of managing and implementing change
* Experience of training staff
* Excellent knowledge of typical housing performance indicators and measures
* Advanced MS Excel skills, including Power Pivot.
* Interpersonal and communication.
* Strong customer focus.
* Planning and organisational.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Decisive decision making.
* IT literate with confident oral and written communication skills.
* Understands cost/Benefit analysis and financial impact.
* Microsoft Power Bi
* Full, current driving licence, able to work alone or as part of team, demonstrates company values e.g., customer first.
* Commitment to continuous improvement
