Full Job Description

This role will be based from either London, Northampton or Glasgow. We will confirm your place of work at the point of offer, ensuring that this is considered in line with our future ways of working and overall location strategy. What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the development of briefs/ briefing agencies, including creative/ targeting/ media/ production

  • Managing the development of marketing assets and activity including managing feedback and approvals from business stakeholders

  • Managing complex campaigns that can be highly segmented and include multiple touch points across various channels

  • Being accountable for end to end channel delivery including Email/Direct Mail/ Social/Paid media

  • Reporting on performance of marketing campaigns and continually looking to optimise

  • Helping squad lead with marketing strategy to ladder up to business strategy

  • Adhering to strict governance and controls framework to ensure compliance at all times

  • Being in charge of forecasting and reconciling marketing budgets and spend

    Experience creating, developing and delivering marketing communications through multiple channels, touchpoints and customer segments with internal and external teams

  • Relationship building and diplomacy skills to be able to communicate complex material, with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders, colleagues and external agencies

  • Experience in digital and direct marketing, including customer targeting, channel management, effective promotion, personalization and implementation

  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, high levels of accuracy for work, combined with experience in developing and delivering world-class marketing activity

  • Experience of planning, building, delivering, and reporting of multi-variant marketing activities across many channels including direct mail, email, SMS and display advertising

  • Experience of working within an Agile project management environment
