Full Job Description

  • Handle clients business travel booking inquiries via email and phone

  • Maintain sound relation with clients travel managers and travelers

  • Propose optimum travel plan and suggestion to clients (balancing the cost, time and convenience)

  • Handle booking / change / cancellation in air ticket, hotel, rental car, railway and etc. Answer visa enquiries from customers through various channels and guide them to prepare visa application documents, review and manage documents according to the requirements of the consulate for visa application.

  • Prepare monthly billing statements to clients

    Must have a Degree or Diploma in College / University

  • Possess hands-on experience in visa practice or visa document review

  • Fluent or proficient in English and other language will be added advantage

  • Experience in operating GDS - Amadeus is preferred
