Full Job Description

Location to be confirmed but travel will be required to all SCRA mainland offices


The Children’s Hearings System provides the operational setting in which SCRA and our partner agencies work. The aim is to provide a safety net for vulnerable children and deliver tailored solutions which meet the needs of the individuals involved, while helping to build stronger families and safer communities.


You will support the Business Development & Improvement Manager in supporting change, sustainability and improvement projects in line with SCRA Project Management guidelines to support the delivery of core operations as well as manage national contracts and project management of procurement exercises to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and value for money.


With a degree in Business Management or Financial degree or equivalent experience, you will be experienced in managing budgets and projects. You will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills and be organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise whilst working to deadlines.
