Business Services Manager

Exciting new opportunity has arisen for a client focused accountant to join this highly regarded, long established CA Firm as Accounting/Business advisory Manager.

This varied role requires several years' UK Accountancy Firm Accounts background with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You will likely be CA/ACCA qualified though individuals qualified by experience will also be happily considered.

The role:

You will manage the teams within the department, responsible for a sizeable client portfolio as well as a sharing in the development and management of the department.

As a Client Manager your key responsibilities include managing a dedicated client portfolio, acting as an advisor and ensuring the service delivery runs on time and to budget.

• Reviewing assignments and ensuring quality
• ·Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients
•  Undertaking technical specialist work as needed

As a Staff Manager you will both manage and mentor the team

•  Delivering team training needs and technical updates
• Completing staff appraisals

This key role requires the successful individual to deliver day dept services to ensure outputs are achieved on time, to budget and within agreed timeframe, producing department KPI’s, assisting with writing of tenders and quotes and actively contributing to the business development.
