Business Support Officer

The primary purpose of the role holder will be to provide business and administrative support to the management of Harbour.

You will be expected to deliver their duties while behaving in line with the organisation's stated values.

You will be specifically accountable for the effective delivery of the following technical/specialist functions:

• Corporate Governance and Management Meeting Support


• Corporate Governance Administration


• PA Support to the Group Chief Executive


• Group Business Administration Support


• Events Coordination


You will have a key role in ensuring high quality support is provided to all internal and external customers and stakeholders.

You will have significant experience of:

• Providing effective secretarial and administrative support to Chief Executive/Director level


• Experience of working in a corporate governance and / or business support role within the housing sector or similar customer focussed sector.


You will Hold a recognised accreditation equivalent to Scottish Credit & Qualification Framework (SCQF) Level 7, or equivalent, in a business administration related subject.
