Full Job Description
To provide support to the Home Care and ECS, scheduling care support workers to clients ensuring their care needs are met on a daily basis.
Educated to SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience with the PDA health & Social Care Supervision SCQF Level 7 (or equivalent supervisory qualification which meets the professional registration requirements of SSSC or the commitment to achieve the SCQF Level 7 (or equivalent) in the first period of registration to meet the SSSC Registration requirements PVG Membership for Protected Adults is an essential requirement of this role.
SSSC registration is an essential requirement of this role. If you are appointed and are not already a member of the "Supervisor in a care home service for adults/Housing Support Service" section of the SSSC Register, you will be required to apply for registration as soon as possible and this must be achieved within six months of your start date.
Driving Licence
A full current driving licence is desirable for this post.
