Care Home Receptionist

Are you a bright and outgoing person with a friendly manner? Can you multi-task in a fast paced environment and use your own initiative?

This role is part time working 40 hours per week., Be responsible for all front- of- house duties including welcoming visitors entering and exiting the building.
Provide clerical support to the Home Manager and when appropriate, other staff members
Have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload.
Be responsible for general HR duties.
Completing and submitting Payroll.
Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel
Controlling the end to end progress of or Recruitment process. Onboarding new Care Assistants, creating their candidate files, applying for DBS and reference checks in a timely manner.
