Full Job Description

Join the River Dee Medical Group Team

River Dee Medical Group has a vacancy for a part time Care Navigator, working 25 hours per week, 1pm to 6pm. This role is based at Camphill Medical Practice.   We are a relatively small, friendly practice but our list size is growing so we are now in a position to look for someone to join our existing team.

Although we are a small team at Camphill we are part of the River Dee Medical Group and so work with a much larger team.

We are looking for someone who has a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise the daily workload.  Dealing efficiently with competing demands and adapting as necessary, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

You should have the ability to work both independently, using own initiative and as part of a team. This role requires a high level of IT knowledge using MSOffice and specific clinical programmes e.g. Vision, Docman.  Training will be provided for the Practice specific programmes.

Salary will be placed according to qualifications and experience.  The salary scale for this post is £24,276.09 to £26,394.05 pro rata.
