Cask Handler / FLT Driver

Connect Appointments are seeking Cask Handlers/FLT Drivers for work with our client's team based in the East End of Glasgow.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm
• Friday 8am to 2pm

Pay rate: 13.55 per hour

Cask Handler/FLT Driver requirements:

• Experienced in cask handling and manual handling
• A valid FLT licence
• Familiar with drinks industry legislation and the health and safety requirements around cask handling
• Physically fit

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Safely moving the spirit within an established set of process procedures
• Operating the forklift truck
• Supporting a range of activities onsite including filling, warehousing, disgorging, and empty cask handling
• Ensuring targets are met in relation to quality, service, and cost
