Full Job Description
- Ensure that a good quality of food is produced
- Health and safety procedures are correctly and fully understood and implemented
- To cover kitchen supervisor role when required
- Stock management / control of waste
- Customer liaison
- Maintaining high standards of service/ and service level agreements
- Takes pride in delivering a quality service to meet customer needs.
- Can motivate and enable others to achieve Robertson's business objectives
You will have previous experience in a Food Service environment and aptitude to work effectively in a fast-paced catering operation.
