Full Job Description

In this catering post, you would be responsible for all activities in the kitchen and it's surrounds including cooking, organisation and supervision of food service.

Supervising staff working in the kitchen.

You must be aware of HACCP procedures and ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted according.

Understanding dietary and nutritional needs.

Duties may also include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen and it's surround.,

    Catering experience or a qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent is essential for this post.

  • Employee discount, We have a permanent vacancy to join our team within schools at Aberdour Primary School. Working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday as required on a 38 week term-time only basis.


  • You will earn a competitive salary of £23,633.23 to £25,829.49 pro-rata and annualised payments with access to a range of benefits, including:
  • £12.59 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
